We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. To carry out construction projects, we may disclose necessary data to:

  • Subcontractors and Trades: Licensed plumbers, electricians, carpenters, and concreters working on your site.
  • Certifying Authorities: Private building surveyors, municipal councils, and the Victorian Building Authority (VBA).
  • Financial Institutions: Your nominated Lender to facilitate home loan progress draws.
  • Professional Advisors: Engineers, architects, soil technicians, legal counsel, and insurers (such as VMIA for Domestic Building Insurance).

We take all reasonable administrative, physical, and technological precautions to protect your personal information from theft, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

We restrict internal data access to authorized personnel who require the details to execute construction works. We retain financial and personal details only as long as necessary for tax, legal, and warranty liabilities (up to 10 years to match VBA structural warranty limits).
